Also, I thought Dad looked beautiful. I loved how you presented him and the effort you took with his clothing and the cotton cover around him.The coffin was perfect. A true carpenter's coffin. He would have loved it and his best friend Bill, who came before, remarked how ideal it was and it was like he chose it himself.
The Mawson Chapel was also perfect. We stayed under a tree and had some coffee afterwards, which was nice.

I'm just writing to thank you for the funeral service for my father, John on Oct 5. Thanks for being flexible enough to be still downloading the material we wanted on the morning of the service.
The service was very meaningful to me and those of my family who were there. It was good to be able to give him the care and attention he deserved in the days after his death. Its allowed me to continue the grief process, with the funeral as a precious part of that process.

Now M's funeral is over, I'd like to offer you our sincere thanks for your part in making it as good as it could possibly have been.
It was so important to us to have the tone right - consistent with his values and beliefs, positive but authentic and honest, and inclusive. I feel it was perfect!
We were able to accommodate all the guests (although I can't help telling you I was right about the numbers! I had seen the incredible network of friends M had via his FaceBook page and half of our Eden Hills suburb came along!)
The willow casket was perfect, and the photo and music montage, and I was so grateful that you facilitated a professional recording of the service. The fact that we could live-stream it was utterly wonderful. I've received great feedback from M's overseas, and our interstate, friends about how important this was for their sense of involvement.
It is clear you take great pride in your work and honour how important it is to families and friends that their loved one's send-off is 'right' for them. M and I really appreciated your respectful, intelligent and practical approach - and your patience.

What was also very much appreciated was how you used the $400.00 for the extra time hire on the room to pay for the catering. You didn't have to do that and you didn't even have to tell us it was possible. That you did, shows great integrity and honesty and care. It was a lovely gesture and we are very grateful.
We also all loved your humour and easy-going manner. It was nice not to have a falsely sombre funeral director trying his hardest to appear grief-stricken over someone he didn't know! You were respectful, but not cloying. Which for us, was perfect.
A lot of people weren't aware that a natural burial was possible or that they could be a tree and many commented that that's what they would want so you are now on their radar, which I hope translates to business for you down the track.
Your professionalism, flexibility, and geniality allowed us to give our Dad a send off he would have loved.

Mum had left instructions to use The Natural Funeral Company when she had passed, and I can see
why she had picked them out. From the first point of contact on the phone, to the
organising in person, they proceeded with a gentleness and understanding you need at
such a sensitive time.
I was intimidated at first at the thought of planning a funeral, but the staff guided us through and did
all the heavy lifting during the process. They are clearly very experienced and able to provide lots of
advice.
The funeral proceeded without a single hitch to speak of, which allowed us to instead focus on
saying goodbye to mum. Everyone commented on what a lovely service it was and how it was just
what mum would have wanted- it couldn't have been done without the team, thank you
