The Essential Service is offered in the Chapels at the cemeteries we collaborate with, and you will be guided and supported by our warm and thoughtful team.
A Civil Celebrant or Clergy will guide you through the ceremony and work with you to create an ideal send off to genuinely reflect the essence of the person who has passed.
Our experienced Funeral Planners will assist you to arrange this respectful farewell and you will be encouraged to select music to suit the person and their life well-lived.

Additional costs or options
- Transfer from aged care, residential care, private homes or all other public or private hospitals may incur a transfer fee of $350
- Private practice doctors usually charge a fee for required medical cause of death certificates. This will vary depending on the practice but cost from $150 to $400 on average.
- We assist in lodgment of any newspaper notices requested (at cost)
- Memorial cards.
- Hospitality POA based on venue.
