- Service as indicated in the Private Cremation Package is $1,950
- Service as indicated with transfer from all other hospitals, aged care, residential care and private homes is capped at $2,400

Additional costs or options
- Transfer from aged care, residential care, private homes or all other public or private hospitals may incur a transfer fee of $350. This is included in the $2,400 package
- Private practice doctors usually charge a fee for required medical cause of death certificates. This will vary depending on the practice but cost from $150 to $400 on average. This is included in the $2,400 package
- Larger coffins are an additional $350
