Your money is safe
All funds are held with an independent funds manager. We provide you a Investment Certificate and a Prepaid Funeral Contract, with funds held by Australian Unity FPM.
Natural Funerals will provide the funeral when needed.
When the time comes, your family or executor simply needs to contact us and we will take care of the rest.
Things to know
How can I make payments?
Payments can either be made as a lump sum or by regular contributions on the selected plan. Only once a plan is fully paid for will the price be fixed.
How is the money managed?
All funds are invested with Australian Unity's Funeral Plan Management. Australian Unity are one of the larger fund managers that provide prepaid funeral and bond investments to the Australian Funeral Industry.
What if I change my mind?
You have a 14 day cooling off period to consider your contract and change your mind. Any cancellation must be made in writing during this time.
What if I die away from home?
If you are travelling somewhere within Australia when death occurs, your family will need to contact us to discuss the options available. Travel protection insurance is available.
What legal documents will I receive?
We will prepare a contract as well as documents relating to a prepaid funeral funds investment. All need to be signed and returned in the envelope provided.

All funds are invested with Australian Unity FPM and are safe and secure.
